以废钢为原料的电炉短流程炼钢工艺的研究进展

摘要
我国钢铁行业经过近些年的快速发展,当前出现了严重的结构不平衡,面临着资源不足、能耗高、排放量大的严重制约;整合废钢资源,发展现代短流程炼钢工艺,建设钢铁循环经济,对钢铁产业结构调整极具现实意义;同时,随着新的精炼技术、连铸技术的应用,感应炉加炉外精炼的短流程炼钢新模式的出现,其同传统电弧炉相比更具有节能减排的优势。废钢行业管理逐步规范,进口废钢市场逐步稳定;国家电网的用电富余给电炉短流程炼钢提供了用电保障;技术的不断进步也推动着电炉短流程炼钢工艺的发展。利用废钢为解决我国钢铁行业结构失衡指出一条有效途径。
After the rapid development in recent years,our iron and steel industry appeared serious structural imbalance,faced with restricted resources,high energy consumption,emissions from large;integration of scrap resources,the development of modern steelmaking process,steel construction of circular economy,the iron and steel industry structure adjustment of great significance;at the same time,along with the application refining,continuous casting technology of the new induction furnace and refining furnace,the new mode of short process,with the traditional arc furnace compared with the advantages of energy saving.The management of scrap industry has been standardized gradually,and the import of scrap market has been gradually stabilized;the power supply of the national power grid is provided with more than enough electric power supply to the short steel-making process of the electric furnace;the development of the electric furnace steel-making short process is driven by technological progress.The road of sustainable development was taken by the development of induction furnace steelmaking and steel mini-mill process refining furnace.
