磁流变液减振器阻尼力预测模型及结构影响分析

摘要
针对单筒式、流动模式的磁流变液减振器,利用数学建模和有限元建模的方法,建立了磁流变液减振器阻尼力预测模型;然后利用此模型,初步研究了活塞结构变化对磁流变液减振器性能的影响。研究发现:改变活塞原有结构可有效增大磁流变液减振器的可调阻尼比,却会使最大阻尼力相对减小。
Based on a mono tube magneto-rheological shock absorber which was operated in valve mode,a prediction model of damping force was established with the method of mathematical modeling and finite element modeling.Then,on the basis of the prediction model,the influence of the piston structure on the performance of magneto-rheological shock absorber was studied.It was found that the change of the original shape of piston can effectively increase the adjustable damping force ratio,while the maximum damping force will be decreased.
