直升机地面共振试验信号监控系统设计

摘要
地面共振试验是直升机研制过程中的重要试验之一,并且具有一定的风险性。试验过程中需要对直升机某些敏感部位的过载量值进行监控,地面监控人员与直升机试飞员协同完成试验,以达到试验风险可控的效果。介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的直升机地面共振试验信号监控系统的设计,该系统已在海军某型机的地面共振试验中得到运用。
The ground resonance test is one of the important experiments in the development process of helicopter,and there are some risks in the experiment.In the process of the test,overload values of some sensitive parts of the helicopter need to be monitored,the test is completed by ground monitoring personnel and helicopter test pilot together to control the test risk.The design of signal monitoring system for helicopter ground resonance test based on virtual instrument technology is introduced,this system has been applied to the ground resonance test of naval helicopter.
