脉冲电流下GH4169合金高温拉伸性能及动态再结晶的研究

摘要
将脉冲电流引入GH4169合金的高温拉伸过程,研究了脉冲电流对合金高温变形行为及动态再结晶的影响规律及作用机理。结果表明脉冲电流的引入促进了γ″相的析出,当施加4kA/mm~2 10Hz 30μs电脉冲后合金屈服强度升高,变形抗力下降,延伸率降低。随脉冲电流密度增大,合金在屈服之后变形抗力的下降更为显著。脉冲电流能够降低原子跃迁的能量势垒,降低动态再结晶激活能,从而促进动态再结晶过程。
The pulse current is introduced into the high temperature tensile process of GH4169 alloy,mainly in order to investigate the effects of different pulse current on the high temperature deformation behavior and dynamic recrystaUization.The results show that the pulse current can promote the γ' phase precipitation.After applying electric pulses(4kA/mm~210Hz 30μs),the yield strength of the sample increases,the deformation resistance of alloy decreases,and the elongation decreases.With the pulse current density increases,the deformation resistance of alloy significantly decreases after the yielding.The process of entering into sub-boundaries for dislocations climb and the growth of boundaries angle gets promoted by pulse current,so the recrystaUization nucleation time is shortened.Meanwhile,the energy barrier of atoms transition and dynamic recrystaUization activation energy are also reduced by pulse current.
