坡形喷射对柴油机燃烧与NO_x排放影响的模拟研究

摘要
本研究利用三维模拟的方法,采用详细化学反应机理,研究了坡形喷射对柴油机燃烧与NO_x排放的影响。结果表明,在相同提前角下,与矩形喷射相比,坡形喷射的NO_x较低,但油耗较高,原因是坡形喷射前期喷油速率低,混合气分布相对集中在坑底导致燃烧恶化。但如果将NO_x控制在7~9g/(kW·h)范围内,坡形喷射的油耗与NO_x排放的折中关系会有明显优势。
A three- dimensional numerical model was developed to investigate the effect of ramp injection on combustion and NO_x emission in diesel engine,with the detailed chemical kinetic mechanism.It is shown that ramp injection decreases NO_x emission,but increases fuel consumption,compared with square injection at the same start of injection.The reason is that the rich fuel mixture in the piston bowl,caused by the low injection rate in the beginning of ramp injection,leads to the worsening of the combustion process.However,the trade-off between fuel consumption and NO_x emission is significantly better with ramp injection,when the NO_x emission is at the range of 7 ~ 9g/(kW · h).
