前坪水库筑坝砂砾料现场碾压试验研究

摘要
采用选定的碾压机具和行车参数,对选定料场代表性砂砾料分别进行了洒水和不洒水、不同铺土厚度、不同碾压遍数等组合工况的碾压试验及相应的力学特性试验检测。试验前,对选定料场砂砾料进行了颗粒分析试验,验证试验材料的代表性。对选定料场代表性砂砾料碾压试验结果,分析了颗粒级配对材料碾压性能的影响,分析了洒水和不洒水时,一定铺土厚度下的干密度与碾压遍数关系曲线,一定加水量和碾压遍数下干密度与铺土厚度的关系曲线等规律。经综合比较,初步选定碾压施工参数,最后进行了复核试验。
By selected rolling machine and the parameters of driving,the selected representative gravel material yard was sprinkler,sprinkler and respectively different soil thickness,compaction times combined operating mode of rolling test and the corresponding mechanical properties test.Before the test,the selected yard gravel material,the grain size analysis experiment validation test materials of representative.For the selected representative gravel material yard rolling test results,analysis the influence of grain size matching material crushing performance,analyzed the water spraying and sprinkling,dry density under a certain shop soil thickness and rolling pass relationship curve of a certain water content and dry density under the rolling pass and the law of relation curve of soil thickness and so on.Through comprehensive comparison,preliminary selected compaction parameters,finally has carried on the review test.
