基于CAE和载荷谱的平衡悬架支架优化设计研究

摘要
自卸车平衡悬架频繁发生支架断裂故障,应用CAE分析方法对断裂的平衡悬架支架模型进行了结构强度分析,发现危险位置与实际断裂位置相吻合,同时采用载荷谱测试的方法对CAE分析法进行了验证,说明初始建模分析合理,但支架结构强度判定依据要改进。通过对平衡悬架支架的进一步优化设计分析,找到了判定自卸车平衡悬架支架结构强度是否合格的准确依据,并使平衡悬架支架成功降重30%,达到了最优化设计目标。
Since the frequent occurrence of truck balance suspension stent fracture failure,the application of CAE analysis method of fracture of equalizing suspension bracket model of structure strength analysis,find the identical dangerous position and the actual location of fracture,the load spectrum test method of CAE analysis method was verified,shows reasonable analysis of the initial modeling,but the stent structural strength criterion to improve.Through the further optimization of balanced suspension bracket design analysis,find the decision since accurate basis for the qualification of truck balance suspension bracket structure strength,and the balance suspension bracket success reducing weight of 30%,to reach the objectives of the optimization design.
