延续性护理对老年冠心病负性情绪及心功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理对老年冠心病患者负情绪,以及和左室射血分数等心功能的影响。方法:选取入住我院的老年冠心病患者200例,并把患者随机分为观察组和对照组两个组,每组各有患者100例,对对照组采取常规的护理方法,对观察组采取延续性护理的方法,对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者进行评分,比较其左室短轴缩短率和左室射血分数指标等。结论:延续性护理对老年冠心病患者负性情绪能够起到有效的缓解和消除作用,有助于改善患者的心功能,延缓病情,可以有效地提高患者的生活质量,在临床使用上具有较强的推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuity nursing on the negative mood and left ventricular ejection fraction in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:200 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 100 patients in each group.Routine nursing Methods:were adopted in the control group.The observation group was treated with continuity nursing methods,the two groups of care effects were compared.Result:Two groups of patients were scored by depression self-rating scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and their left ventricular short axis shortening rate and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared.Conclusion Continuing nursing can effectively relieve and eliminate the negative emotions of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,help to improve the patients cardiac function,delay the disease,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,in clinical use with more trong promotion value.
