氙灯老化对毛皮甲醛含量的影响

摘要
对毛皮进行氙灯加速老化试验,模拟太阳光照射对毛皮中甲醛含量的影响,为毛皮制品消费者的安全提供参考信息。设定老化条件为:温度50℃,相对湿度50%,辐照度800W/m~2,光照时间分别为0 h、90 h、120 h和150 h。配制的人工碱性汗液作为萃取液,用分光光度法测定老化前后毛皮中的甲醛含量。结果表明,老化后,毛皮中的甲醛含量下降,且光照时间越长,甲醛含量越低。老化后毛皮中甲醛含量的变化情况与老化前的甲醛含量密切相关,通常老化前甲醛含量越高,老化后甲醛含量减少的越多。
The accelerated aging test by Xe-lamp was carried out on fur,simulating the effects of sunlight on formaldehyde content of fur,and providing reference information for the safety of consumers.Set the aging experiment conditions that temperature was 50 ℃,relative humidity was50%,spectral irradiance was 800 W/m2,and the samples were irradiated 0 h,90 h,120 h and 150 h respectively.The formaldehyde content in fur was determined by spectrophotometric method,with artificial alkaline sweat as the extraction liquid.The results showed that the formaldehyde content in fur was decreased after aging and the longer the illumination time,the lower the formaldehyde content.The changes of formaldehyde content in fur after aging are closely related to the formaldehyde content before aging.Typically the higher the formaldehyde content in fur before aging,it decreased more after aging.
