摘要
宽带高动态范围微波限幅放大器是电子战系统中的关键元件,这些系统通常需要在很宽的输入功率范围内提供稳定压缩输出功率。这些系统通常需要高增益和平坦的频响,够在恶劣环境中工作。本文将演示2~18 GHz的设计,实现大于50 d B的限幅动态范围,噪声系数为4 d B,工作温度范围为–40°C至+85°C。
Wideband, high dynamic range microwave limiting amplifiers are critical components in EW systems where stable/compressed output power is required over a wide input power range. These systems often require high gain with a flat response and must operate over harsh thermal environments. This paper demonstrates a 2 GHz to 18 GHz design that achieves greater than 50 d B limiting dynamic range with 4 d B noise figure over –40°C to +85°C.
