慕课课程在人体解剖学教学中的作用及效果评价

摘要
慕课作为一种新型的在线网络学习课程,近年来得到了极大的发展并被广泛接受。为探究慕课在人体解剖学教学中的作用及教学效果,本研究以本教研室室已建成的《人体解剖学》慕课课程为平台,以正在学习人体解剖学的大一医学生为研究对象,同时设立其它年级医学生组及非医学专业学生组作为对照,通过监控网上学习过程、正确回答问题学生比例、参与问题讨论人数及考试成绩,评价慕课课程提高人体解剖学学习的效果。结果显示,在4周的网络课程学习中,大一医学生组在点击率、全程参加课程学习的学生比例、准确回答问题人数及考试成绩与其它年级医学生组相似,但显著高于非医学专业学生组。该结果提示,人体解剖学慕课课程对于正在学习人体解剖学的大一医学生有较强吸引力,可明显提高其学习能力,但慕课教学不能完全代替课堂教学。
Massive open online course(MOOC) is a novel online course,and was greatly developed and has been extensively accepted in recent years.In order to investigate the roles and influence of massive open online course in the study for Human Anatomy,based on the platform of the MOOC course《Human Anatomy》which has been established by our department,the freshmen,students from other grades majored in medicine and Non-medical students were respectively recruited.The learning effect was evaluated by assessing the course of online learning,correct answer rate,score of offline discussion and test results.The result illustrated that click records,the number of students that completed whole learning course and could correctly answer questions,and test results in freshmen were similar to those in medical students from other grades,but significantly higher than those in Non-medical students.This result suggested that the MOOC of《Human Anatomy》is attractive for freshmen being learning Human Anatomy,and can markedly promoted the learning ability of the students,whereas MOOC can not completely displace the class teaching.
