新型QuEChERS方法结合液相色谱串联质谱快速测定猪肝中的β-受体激动剂残留

摘要
目的:建立了一种基于新型QuEChERS材料测定猪肝中-受体激动剂的方法。方法:猪肝样品经酶解、酸化乙腈提取后,提取液用增强基质去脂质材料(EMR-lipid)脱脂,盐析浓缩后经液相色谱质谱联用仪测定,稳定同位素内标法定量。结果:19种β-受体激动剂在0.5~10.0μg/kg范围内线性关系良好,高中低浓度日内、日间精密度小于20%,回收率在60~120%之间。结论:本方法简便快速,适宜于大批量样品的快速筛选和定量分析。
Objective:To develop a method to determine the |3-agonists residuals in pig liver based on a novel QuEChERS material.Methods:The sample of pig liver was enzymatic hydrolysis and extracted by acidified acetonitrile.The extraction was cleaned-up by enhanced matrix removal(EMR-lipid) material.After polish and salting out,the analytes were detected by LC-MS/MS.Stable isotopes were used as internal standard.Results:19 P-agonists were detected at the range between 0.5 μg/kg and10.0 μg/kg with good linearity.The intra- and inter-precision were lower than 20%,and the recoveries were between 60%and 120%with three high,medium and low concentrations.Conclusions:The method is simple,rapid and effective.It is suitable to rapid screen and quantitative large scale samples.
