摘要
生态水利工程是基于水利工程所造成了一系列生态问题而进行的自觉的反思和改进,从技术上、规划上革除工程建设中由于粗放式建设方式和技术不到位等原因造成的对生态环境的破坏。因此在科学发展观、可持续发展理念等思维的指导下,水利工程与生态工程进行了刨造性结合,并在借鉴发达国家的经验的基础上,从生态建设技术和水利工程管理方式改进出发,树立正确的生态水利工程建设规划目标和设计原则。
