摘要
通过推导平均铀质量浓度公式,得出中性浸出的浸出液平均铀质量浓度是平米铀量的函数的结论,并定义了基准铀质量浓度,并将矿山整个生产期划分为"孵化期"、"盛产期"、"衰落期"3个阶段。通过对单耗公式的推导,得出中性浸出吨铀提升能耗E_(吨铀)、吨铀氧气单耗m_(吨铀氧气)、吨铀二氧化碳单耗m_(吨铀二氧化碳)都是平均铀质量浓度C_(平均)的反比函数的结论。以某铀矿床条件试验与扩大试验为例,计算出了试验的平均铀质量浓度和单耗。
In this paper,according to the derivation of the average uranium concentration formula,a conclusion that the average uranium concentration in neutral leaching is a function of the square uranium is obtained,and defining the reference uranium concentration,mine's production period is divided into "incubation period", "rich period", "fading" period.By deducing the formula of unit consumption,a conclusion is obtainel that enhance the energy consumption per ton uranium,oxygen consumption per ton of uranium and carbon dioxide consumption per ton of uranium is the inverse function for the average uranium concentration.A uranium deposit as an example,calculated the uranium concentration and unit consumption can provide decision for designers and runners.
