手动变速器齿轮噪声源识别及仿真优化

摘要
齿轮系统是汽车变速器中应用最广的动力和运动传动装置,其动力学行为和工作性能对汽车变速器有重要影响,在传动过程中由于线速度高和载荷大带来的振动、噪声、变形等严重影响设备的安全性和稳定性。本文以某六档手动变速器为实例,采用阶次分析法对主要噪声源进行识别,应用ROMAX仿真软件建立分析模型,对齿轮组进行多体动力学仿真分析,得到变速器壳体表面振动加速度,采用齿轮修形手段对齿轮阶次噪声进行控制,为解决实际问题提供数据依据.
The gear system is power and motion transmission, widely used in automobile transmission, the dynamic behavior and job performance has an important influence on automobile transmission, in the transmission process due to vibration, high speed and large load noise and distortion caused serious impact on the safety and stability of equipment. This paper takes a six speed manual transmission as an example, using the order analysis method was used to identify the main noise sources, the establishment of ROMAX simulation software application analysis model of multi-body dynamics simulation analysis of gear set, get the transmission housing surface vibration acceleration, the gear modification means to control the gear order noise, provide data the basis for solving practical problems.
