摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们对健康的意识也逐步提高了认识,开展社区卫生服务,做好防治保康健教工作,使社区居民的整体健康素质得到提高是我们的目标,其中健康档案起到了一个重要的作用。健康档案是个动态、连续的记录过程,详细记录一个人一生的生命体征的变化,包括既住病史、药物过敏史、过敏反应记录、诊断治疗情况、家族病史以及历次体检结果等。建立健康档案有利于发现导致慢性病发生及发展的关键因素,做到对慢性病的早发现、早预防。对慢病病人进行规范化的管理,从而减少并发症的发生,提高慢病患者的生活质量。
With the improvement of living standards,peoples awareness of health has gradually increased.Community health services to carry out prevention and health care and health education,so that the overall health of the community residents to improve the quality of our goals,which health records played an important role.Health records is a dynamic and continuous recording process,a detailed record of changes in a persons life of vital signs,including medical history,history of drug allergy,allergic reaction records,diagnosis and treatment,family history and previous examination results.Establishment of health archives is beneficial to the discovery of the key factors leading to the occurrence and development of chronic diseases,so as to achieve the early detection and prevention of chronic diseases.Standardized management of chronic disease patients,so as to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
