超细水泥封堵技术在长井段层系封堵中的应用

摘要
针对常规封堵工艺在XB区块封堵上部油层、开采下部油层时存在不适应性问题,应用超细水泥封堵技术进行长井段封堵,封堵后井筒缩径小,满足了"能封住、能解开、能深抽、能测试"的油田开发要求。依据油层特点,合理优选超细水泥粒径、配比和用量,并结合前置凝胶颗粒段塞调整油层吸液能力,防止后续超细水泥浆受油层流体侵蚀;利用防返吐挤注工艺技术,实现超细水泥"带压候凝",保证封堵质量。经现场试验表明,超细水泥封堵技术能够利用一趟挤注管柱完成长井段封堵,一次封堵井段长度达到120m,封堵成功率100%,具好良好的应用前景。
Due to the conventional shutoff technology is not adaptable that aimed at plugging upper sections while producing oil from the lower sections in XB block, the superfine cement shutoff technology has been used to plug the long well sections. After plugging, the diameter of hole size is only reduced slightly, which can meet the requirements with the favorable abilities of "plugging, blocking removal, deep pumping and testing." According to the reservoir characteristics, the particle size, mixing ratio and dosage of superfine cement have been optimized,and then combined with pre-gel particle slug to adjust the liquid absorption capacity of reservoir and to prevent the subsequent superfine cement slurry from erosion by reservoir fluids. By using the flowback prevention squeezing technology, the WOC(waiting-on-cement) of superfine cement slurry with pressure can be realized which assures the shutoff quality. Field tests showed that superfine cement shutoff technology can plug long well sections up to120 m by one-trip pipe string, with the plugging success rate 100%, which has a good prospect for application.
