动车组日班计划智能辅助编制系统的研究

摘要
制定动车组日班计划是高速铁路运输组织的重要组成部分,对于加强动车组的运用与检修管理至关重要。目前我国动车组检修所采用人工方法编制该计划,人工方式不但编制效率低,而且难于实现计划的优化编制。本文梳理了日班计划的实际业务需求,以动车组管理信息系统为基础,综合各类动车组运用检修数据,研发计算机辅助计划编制系统,采用智能优化技术,提供计算机自动化计算和约束规则校验功能,支持便捷的人机交互操作,为调度人员提供决策支持。
The daily plans of CRH motor trains is an important part of the transportation organization of High-Speed Railway,and crucial to strengthen the utilization and maintenance management of CRH motor trains.While most of CRH motor train depots compile the plans manually,which not only lowers the efficiency,but also barriers the optimization of the plans.This paper analyzed the business rules and requirements of the daily plans,gathered all the related information based on EMU management system(EMIS),developed a computer aided planning system which implemented automatic calculation and constraint checking functions through intelligent optimization technologies,supported convenient man-machine interactive operations,and provided decision-making support for operators.
