基于新型高吸收铬鞣方法的铬和氯离子减量排放集成技术

摘要
研究了一种"无盐浸酸适度蒙囿高吸铬鞣-铬鞣废液直接循环利用-低浓度含铬废液的高效沉淀"集成技术。在不影响革内的铬含量和分布的条件下,铬鞣剂用量减少23%,铬鞣废液铬的浓度降低到100 mg/L以下,可在浸酸-铬鞣过程中直接循环利用10次以上,鞣后工序中的铬释放量明显降低,铬的排放总量从源头上减少84.2%,总有效利用率增大到98.6%;含铬废液进行高效碱处理能使废液中的铬浓度低到1.0-1.2 mg/L,含铬污泥生成量减少28%,综合废水中的铬浓度降低到0.4mg/L以下。该技术实现了铬的高效利用和稳定达标排放。
A technology integrating salt-free pickling,moderately masking,high chrome exhaustion and combination,direct recycling of tanning wastewater and highly efficient removal of Cr from post-tanning floats was investigated.Without negatively influencing on the Cr content and distribution of the leather,the offer of chrome tanning agent could be decreased by 23%,and the Cr concentration of the spent liquors,which could be completely recycled for at least 10 cycles,was reduced to 100mg/L below.The leaching out of chromium in the post-tanning processes was also decreased obviously.Therefore,the discharge of chromium was reduced by 84.2%from the sources,raising the total utilization ratio of Cr to 98.6%.Furthermore,the remained Cr in the wastewater without reused value was removed by means of precipitation with optimized bases,and the residual Cr was at the level of 1.0-1.2 mg/L,the produced chrome-contained sludge was reduced by 28%,the chrome concentration in mixed wastewater streams was0.4 mg/L.The integrated technology could maintain both the efficient utilization of Cr and the discharge meeting the legal standards.
