左氧氟沙星联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效观察与护理

摘要
目的:探讨左氧氟沙星联合康妇消炎栓在盆腔炎患者中的临床效果以及护理方式。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的盆腔炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星联合康妇消炎栓进行治疗,并对患者进行相应的护理干预,对对照组的患者单纯给予康妇消炎栓和常规护理措施进行治疗。观察和比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,药物不良反应发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者和对照组患者的药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合康妇消炎栓在盆腔炎患者中的治疗效果显著,相应的护理干预措施能够提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and nursing Methods:effect of levofloxacin combined kang fu diminish inflammation in the patients with pelvic inflammatory.Methods:100 patients with pelvic inflammatory in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n-50)and the control group(n=50).The patients of the observation group were given levofloxacin combined kang fu diminish inflammation and relevant nursing methods,the patients of the control group were given kang fu diminish inflammation and usual nursing care.Observe and compare the treatment of patients with two groups of total effective rate,incidence of adverse drug reactions and nursing satisfaction.Results:Observation group of patients in the treatment of total effective rate is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05),the observation group of patients and the control group patients the incidence of adverse drug reactions there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),the observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined kang fu anti-inflammatory bolt in the patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treatment effect is remarkable,the corresponding nursing intervention can improve patients' satisfaction,is worthy of popularization and application.
