乳猪早期教槽添加“猪贝健”复合益生菌软颗粒饲料对乳猪生长性能影响及肠道组织观察

摘要

为研究"猪贝健"复合益生菌软料对乳猪生长性能影响,试验选取同期出生的三元[杜×(大×长)]10日龄杂交哺乳期乳仔猪6窝,设"猪贝健"组和对照组,每组3个重复,35日龄结束。结果显示:猪贝健组个体重、日增重和总耗料量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),粪便指数和健康指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05),猪贝健组十二指肠肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度对比对照组均有显著性提高(P<0.05),猪贝健组乳猪十二指肠和盲肠内容物乳酸菌数量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),十二指肠内容物大肠杆菌数量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:猪贝健可以有明显诱食效果,提高乳猪采食量,促进体重增加。提高仔猪健康度,减少和降低断奶应激。
For studying the " ZhuBeiJian " compound probiotics soft material impacted on the Suckling pig growth performance,the test selects 6-nest hybrid piglets born at the same moment about ten-days age.Setting the " ZhuBeiJian" group and the control group,each group of three repetition,35 days of age.Results show that:body weight,daily gain and the total consumption rate of the " ZhuBeiJian " group are significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),feces and health index is better than the control group(P < 0.05),duodenal intestinal villus height and crypt depth of the ZhuBeiJian group compared with the control group are significantly increased(P < 0.05).The duodeniun and cecum contents lactic acid bacteria number of the ZhuBeiJian group piglets is significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05),and the e.coli number of duodenal contents is significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the " ZhuBeiJian " have food calling effect obviously,improve feed intake of the Suckling pig,promote weight gain,Improve health piglets,and reduce and decrease weaned stress.
