基于半模基片集成波导的混合电磁耦合双工器设计

摘要
本设计提出了一种基于半模基片集成波导的混合电磁耦合双工器的实现方法。先根据指标设计出分支滤波器,再在前面加上T型结可完成双工器的设计。本文采用半模基片集成波导和开路枝节平行耦合线引入了混合电磁耦合,具有集成度高、体积小、谐波抑制效果好和隔离度高的优点。仿真结果插入损耗小于2d B,带内回波损耗优于-20d B,隔离度大于-25d B。
In this paper,a novel type of electric and magnetic mixed coupling diplexer is designed based on HMSIW. Brunch filter in different center frequency is designed in parallel. The T junction is placed at each port of the filter to make up the common input port. Mixed coupling based on HMSIW produces extra zeros for high isolation. This diplexer, simulated the insert loss is <2d B, return loss is better than-20 d B, isolation is >-25 d B, is superior to others.
