高炉炉缸活性的基础研究

摘要
通过对高炉炉缸活性的基础研究,重点分析了炉缸活性的概念及其影响因素,认为焦炭所提供的"透气-透液通道"数量、熔体(渣铁)流动性能和风口回旋区的位置是影响炉缸活性的三个重要因素。为了加强对炉缸活性的监测,提出了炉缸活性量化计算模型,通过采集与处理现场高炉数据以及编程技术完成了模型的在线和离线计算,并成功应用于本钢新一号高炉的生产中。最后,以本钢新一号高炉曾经发生的炉缸堆积事故为例,分别从热制度、造渣制度、送风制度、装料制度四大操作制度阐述了恢复炉缸活性的具体方法和过程。实践证明,这些研究可以为维护炉缸活性的长期良好稳定提供参考。
Through the basic research of blast furnace hearth activity,the concept of hearth activity and its influencing factors were emphatically analyzed,which indicated that the coke quality,the slag and iron flow performance and tuyere raceway location are the three most important factors affecting hearth activity.In order to strengthen the monitoring on the hearth activity,two hearth activity quantitative calculation models were put forward,whose on-line and off-line calculations were realized and practiced in the production of BX steel new NO.l blast furnace by the technologies of data acquisition,processing and programming.At last,taking BX steel new NO.l blast furnace hearth accumulation accident for instance,the specific methods and procedures to recovery hearth activity by four major operating systems,such as thermal system,slag-making system,blasting system and charging system,were illustrated in detail.Practice has proved that these studies could provide the reference to maintain good and long-term stability of the hearth activity.
