一种新型复合天然抗氧化剂的抗氧化性能研究

摘要
本文研究了由陈皮、袖子皮和火龙果皮提取复配而成的新型复合天然抗氧化剂产品的抗氧化性能。本产品抑制亚油酸、猪油和植物油的氧化中表现出良好效果。在抗亚油酸氧化体系中,添加0.02%的本产品,其抗氧化作用略强于同添加量的TBHQ;不同纯度的复合天然抗氧化剂其抗氧化能力有一定区别,抗氧化效果呈现出纯度依赖关系;在抗氧化剂同等加入量(0.02%)的情况下,纯度为60%、80%和90%的复合天然抗氧化剂延缓猪油氧化的作用大于TBHQ,各样品的抗氧化效果依次为90%>80%>60%>TBHQ;在植物油抗氧化体系中,复合天然抗氧化剂前期(20天之前)的抗氧化效果优于TBHQ,后期效果较TBHQ稍差。
This paper studies the by dried tangerine or orange peel,pomelo peel and dragon fruit extract and become a new type of composite natural antioxidants antioxidant properties of the product.The product inhibition of linoleic acid,lard oil and vegetable oil oxidation showed good effect.In linoleic acid oxidation resistant system,add 0.02% of the product,its antioxidant effect is slightly better than with the adding amount of TBHQ;Different purity of compound natural antioxidant its antioxidant ability have certain difference,antioxidant effect,presents the purity dependencies;In antioxidants equal to the amount(0.02%) of cases,the purity of 60%,80% and 90% of the composite natural antioxidant delay lard oxidation is greater than the effect of TBHQ,Order of each sample and antioxidant effect is 90%> 80%> 60%>of TBHQ;n vegetable oil oxidation system,composite natural antioxidant early(20 days) before the antioxidant effect of is better than that of TBHQ,late effect is slightly worse than that of TBHQ.
