福建省闽东地区37株沙门菌PFGE指纹图谱分析及药敏研究

摘要
目的通过分析福建省闽东地区分离的沙门菌脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)指纹图谱,研究其分型特征及耐药情况。方法收集2014-2015年间37株临床分离沙门菌株,其中鼠伤寒沙门菌28株,肠炎沙门菌9株。先采用PFGE技术生成电泳酶切指纹,再用Bio Numerics软件对图谱进行聚类分析。同时对分离菌株进行药敏试验,结果用WHONET5.1软件进行分析。结果 28株鼠伤寒沙门菌PF GE指纹图谱按照100%的相似度可分为16个PFGE型,其中P1型有11株,P4、P5型各有2株,P1型为优势型别;9株肠炎沙门菌PFGE指纹图谱按照100%的相似度可分为3个PFGE型,其中P1型6株,P2型有1株,P3型有2株,P1型为优势型别。37株沙门菌对头孢类的头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟,喹诺酮类的左旋氧氟沙星具有较高的敏感性,对青霉素类的氨苄西林,氨苄西林/舒巴坦敏感性较低。结论沙门菌PFGE分型技术具有分辨率高,重复性好等优点,可广泛用于沙门菌感染疫情的溯源和医院感染的防控。
Objective To analyze the Salmonella isolation area of Fujian Province Fujian pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) fingerprint, study the features and types of drug resistance. Methods 2014-2015 from 37 strains of Salmonella isolates, including 28 strains of Salmonella typhimurium were mainly isolated from infants with diarrhea, 9 strains of Salmonella enteritidiswere mainly isolated from adult infectious diarrhea. The Salmonella chromosome DNA was digested by Xba I enzyme, using H9812 as a molecular weight standard pulse field gel electrophoresisfingerprint analysis of enzyme cutting. Using PFGE technology, clustering analysis was conducted with Bio Numerics software. At the same time, drug sensitive test outcomings isolates were analyzedby WHONET5.1. Results 28 strains Salmonella typhimurium PF GE map according to the 100% similarity can be divided into 16 PFGE types, including 11 strains of type P1, P4, P5 type 2 strains, P1 was better. Potential type; 9 strains of Salmonella enteritidis PFGE patterns according to the similarity of 100% can be divided into 3 types, including 6 strains of type P1, P2 has a strain that P3 has 2 strains, P1 is the dominant type of 37 strains of Salmonella to cephalosporins ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, Cefoperazone / sulbactam, cefepime, quinolones levofloxacin has higher sensitivity, topenicillin, ampicillin, ampicillin / sulbactam sensitivity lower. Conclusions PFGE divided approach with high resolution, the advantages of good repeatability can be widely applied to diseaseorigin and early prevention of Salmonella infection.
