植物提取物茶皂素在奶牛生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
目前我国奶业面临的生鲜乳质量安全、甲烷排放、饲料中抗生素添加、瘤胃健康等问题。植物提取物具有无毒、无害、无残留以及不产生抗药性等的药效或营养特点,还具有杀菌、促生长、抗氧化、催乳等多种生理功能,被认为是可以替代抗生素药物的天然饲料添加剂。将这些物质选择性的应用于动物生产中,既能调控瘤胃发酵、降低甲烷生成、改善动物生产性能,还能对动物健康产生积极的作用。因此,植物提取物在奶牛生产中应用的研究正受到越来越多的关注。茶皂素是从茶叶籽中提取的一种皂甙类生物活性物质,在我国资源丰富。本文将重点围绕茶皂素对奶牛瘤胃发酵、甲烷生成、瘤胃微生物菌群、机体免疫功能以及生产性能的影响及其发挥作用的生理学机制等方面进行综述,提出茶皂素在奶牛应用研究中所存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行展望。
