摘要

目的:总结不同麻醉药物用于妇科肿瘤术后静脉镇痛的临床效果以及安全性。方法:以本院自2013年6月2016年6月期间接收的80例妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),其中对照组采用格拉司琼联合芬太尼进行静脉镇痛;观察组采用格拉司琼联合地佐辛静脉镇痛,回顾分析两组患者的镇痛效果以及相关指标。结果:在术后4h、12h、24h的VAS评分以及术后不良反应总发生率方面,观察组和对照组之间存在着一定的差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在妇科肿瘤术后静脉镇痛方面采用格拉司琼联合地佐辛静脉镇痛,效果显著,而且安全性高,能够较好地发挥术后阵痛效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of different anesthetic drugs for intravenous analgesia after gynecological tumor surgery.Methods:in our hospital since June 2013,80 cases of gynecological cancer patients received during June 2016 as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases),the control group was treated with granisetron combined with fentanyl intravenous analgesia;observation group with granisetron combined intravenous dezocine review of analgesia,analgesic effect of two groups were analyzed and related indicators.Results:after 4h,12 h,24h score of VAS and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,there was a certain difference between the observation group and the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:granisetron combined with dezocine intravenous analgesia,intravenous analgesia after gynecological cancer surgery has significant effect,and high safety,can play a better effect of postoperative pain,it is worthy of popularization and application.
