陈堡油田污水系统存在问题分析及对策

摘要
本文系统分析了陈堡油田污水系统存在的问题及其原因,在此基础上开展了陈堡油田水质改性及生化处理试验研究。结果表明,陈堡污水水质改性能起到较好的脱稳沉降作用,但腐蚀结垢问题依然突出;生化处理后陈堡污水中油和硫化物得到有效去除,年均匀腐蚀速率从0.108 mm·a~(-1)下降到0.023 mm·a~(-1),水质稳定性得以显著提高。
This paper systematically analyzed the corrosion problems of ChenBao oil field water system.And based on this,it is carried out that the water quality modified and biochemical treatment research.The results showed that wastewater quality modified had good effect,but scale and corrosion problems are still outstanding;After the biochemical treatment at ChenBao sewage,the oil and sulfide were effectively removed,and corrosion rate droped from 0.108 mm · a~(-1) to 0.023 mm · a~(-1).It improved water quality stability.
