不同精料补充料对育成梅花鹿母鹿生产性能的影响

摘要
为了探讨精饲料组成对育成期梅花鹿母鹿消化率和生产性能的影响,随机选择健康、年龄一致、体重相近的21头育成期母鹿,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组7头,分别饲喂a、b、c3种不同组成的精饲料。日粮精粗比分别为35:65。结果表明:育成期母鹿干物质、有机物质的采食量C组显著高于B组和A组,B组显著高于A组(P<0.05),粗蛋白消化率C组最高,且C、B两组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。其他营养物质消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。梅花鹿平均日增重C组显著高于B、A两组(P<0.05),B组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。
In order to investigate the effect of different concentration on nutrient digestibility and production performance of young sika deer,21 healthy young sika deer of the same age,similar weight were selected randomly into 3 groups and 7 deer per group.3 different concentration were fed separately.The ratio of concentrate and roughage was 35:65 respectively.The results were shown that feed intake of dry matter and organic matter of young sika deer fed C group feed were significant higher than that of group B and A(P < 0.05),and group B was higher than group A(P < 0.05).CP digestibility of group C was the highest,group C and B were higher than group A(P < 0.05).Other nutrients digestibility had no significant differences(P > 0.05).Average daily gain of the group C was significantly higher than that of group B and A(P <0.05),and group B higher than group A(P <0.05).
