摘要

生活满意度是指个体给予自身设定的标准对生活质量做出的主观评价,是衡量某一社会人们生活的重要参数。本研究拟了解研究生的自我效能感和成就动机的特征,进一步了解其自我效能感,成就动机与生活满意度的关系。本文将介绍自我效能感量表,成就动机量表以及生活满意度量表的修订及测试标准,并对芜湖,合肥,六安的374名在校研究生进行调查,通过调查结果发现:1、研究生的自我效能感均处于中上等,与性别,年龄等人口学变量无关。2、研究生的成就动机均处于中等水平。3、研究生的自我效能感,成就动机与生活满意度均有显著的相关。4、研究生的自我效能感通过成就动机对生活满意度有间接影响。成就动机是影响生活满意度的一个关键因素,并且对生活满意度有预测作用。
Life satisfaction refers to individuals to give their own set of standards for quality of life of subjective evaluation, which is one of the important parameters to measure a social life. This study intends to understand the characteristics of the postgraduates' self-efficacy and achievement motivation, to learn more about their self-efficacy, achievement motivation, life satisfaction and the relationship among them. This article will introduce self-efficacy scale, achievement motivation scale and life satisfaction scale revision and testing standards. We choose 374 postgraduates in wuhu, hefei, and luan in the investigation, through the survey we found that: 1. The postgraduates' self-efficacy is upper-middle, and there is no connection with gender, age and other demographic variables. 2. The achievement motivation of postgraduates are still in the medium level. 3. The graduate student's self-efficacy, achievement motivation and life satisfaction are significantly related. 4. The postgraduates' self-efficacy has indirect effect on life satisfaction through achievement motivation. Achievement motivation is a key factor to influence life satisfaction, and can be used to predict life satisfaction.
