摘要

为探讨高职大学生A型人格、自我效能感与时间管理倾向的特点,并探究三者之间的关系,本研究采用A型行为类型量表、自我效能感量表和时间管理倾向量表对326名在校高职大学生进行问卷调查。研究结论如下:1、高职大学生A型人格倾向处于中等水平,在专业、年级和家庭经济状况上差异不显著,在性别、独生子女与否和父母教养方式上差异显著。高职大学生自我效能感偏低,在独生子女与否、家庭经济状况和父母教养方式上差异显著,在性别、年级和专业上差异不显著;高职大学生时间管理倾向整体处于中等偏上水平,在性别、专业、独生子女与否和家庭经济状况上差异不显著,在年级和父母教养方式上有显著差异。2、高职大学生A型人格与时间管理倾向呈显著正相关,A型人格对时间管理倾向有一定的预测作用。3、高职大学生自我效能感与时间管理倾向呈显著相关,自我效能感越良好,时间管理倾向水平越高。4、高职大学生A型人格、自我效能感与时间管理倾向之间存在显著相关。高职大学生A型人格以自我效能感为中介变量对时间管理倾向产生间接影响。
The allelopathic and time management disposition characteristic of Higher Vocational College Students of type a personality, self-efficacy, and to explore the relationship between the three, table, Self-efficacy Sense of scale and time management disposition scale of 326 college students in vocational schools of questionnaire survey with type A behavior. The research conclusions are as follows:1. Vocational college students of type a personality tendency in medium level, professional, grade and family economic status difference is not significant, in sex, only child or not and the parental rearing pattern difference significantly. Higher Vocational College Students' self efficacy is low, one-child or not, family economic status and parental rearing pattern of significant differences in, and no significant difference in gender and grade and professional; Higher Vocational College Students' time management disposition as a whole in the middling level. In gender, major, only child or not and the family economic status, the difference was not significant. In grade and parental rearing patterns have significant difference.2, higher vocational college students' A type personality and time management disposition is significantly positive correlation, A personality to the time management disposition has certain forecast function.3, higher vocational college students' self-efficacy and time management disposition is significantly related, the better the self-efficacy, the higher the time management disposition.4, there is a significant correlation between A type personality, self-efficacy and time management tendency of Higher Vocational College students. The A type personality of higher vocational college students has a direct influence on the time management disposition of the time management.
