流动儿童学校归属感的调查研究

摘要
目的:用自编的流动儿童学校归属感问卷对流动儿童学校归属感进行调查。方法:采取整群分层抽样的方式,对广东、浙江和安徽的多所学校1055名流动儿童进行调查。自编的流动儿童学校归属感问卷由21个题项组成,5个维度,具有较好的信效度,其中问卷的内部一致性系数为0.904,其余各维度内部一致性系数在0.691~0.802之间;在结构效度上,流动儿童学校归属感问卷的各维度之间处于低相关,各维度与总分的相关系数处于高相关,问卷具有较好的结构效度;在效标效度上,流动儿童学校归属感总分以及各维度与校标量表《学校归属感量表》的相关处于高相关,问卷具有较好的校标关联效度。结果:流动儿童学校归属感处于中等偏上水平,总体状况良好;流动儿童学校归属感在独生子女、学校类型、年级、区域上存在显著性差异,其中独生子女的学校归属感显著高于非独生子女的(t=2.189,p<0.05);公立学校的流动儿童学校归属感显著高于私立学校的(t=10.941,p<0.001);初中阶段的流动儿童学校归属感显著高于小学阶段的(t=‐5.066,p<0.001);经济欠发达地区的流动儿童学校归属感显著高于经济发达地区的(t=‐8.688,p<0.001);在性别上不存在显著性差异(t=‐1.030,p>0.05)。结论:流动儿童学校归属感处于中等偏上水平;流动儿童学校归属感在独生子女、学校类型、年级、区域上存在显著性差异,在性别上不存在显著性差异。
Object:Method:Self-designedquestionnairecaninvestigate migrant children schools belonging This study adopts the stratified cluster sampling method to conduct an investigation which involves 1055 migrant children from schools distributes in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Anhui province.Directed the migrant children schools belonging questionnaire consists of 21 questions of composition, five dimensions, with good reliability and validity, where internal consistency coefficient was 0.904 questionnaires, the rest of the dimensions of the internal consistency coefficient of 0.691 ~ 0.802 between; in the construct validity between the dimensions of migrant children in school belonging questionnaires low correlated with the total score of each dimension in high correlation, the questionnaire has good construct validity; the criterion validity migrant children out of school a sense of belonging as well as the dimensions and the school mark scale "school belonging scale" in the high correlation associated with better school questionnaire criterion-related validity.Result:The results shows that the migrant children's school belonging was good in general, which belongs to superior middling.The significant differences of sense of belonging exist in several aspects, for example, only child or not, school type, grade, school score and area. Among them, the school belonging of only-child is significantly higher than the non-only child(t=2.189,p<0.05). The sense of school belonging of migrant children in public schools was significantly higher than those in the private school(t=10.941,p<0.001). The sense of school belonging of migrant children in Junior high school is significantly higher than those in the primary school(t=-5.066,p<0.001). The sense of school belonging of migrant children who comes from economic less-developed region was significantly higher than those from economically developed areas(t=-8.688,p<0.001). There wasno significant difference in gender(t=-1.030,p>0.05).Conclusion: the significant differences of sense of belonging exist in several aspects, for example, only child or not, school type, grade, school score and area. But,there wasno significant difference in gender.
