稻曲病菌毒素的研究进展

摘要
稻曲病(Rice false smut)是严重危害水稻生产的一种真菌病害,其病原为稻绿核菌(无性态:Ustilaginoidea virens Takahashi;有性态:Villosiclava virens Tanaka and Tanaka)。稻曲病不仅为害水稻造成减产,还产生为害人畜的真菌毒素,直接影响水稻的使用安全。稻绿核菌侵染水稻穗部形成稻曲球(Rice false smut balls)。针对稻曲病菌毒素,研究小组近年来开展了稻曲球和稻曲病菌培养物中毒素的分离与鉴定、毒素的生物活性和作用机制、毒素的生理生态功能、毒素生物合成的调控和分子生物学、毒素的代谢网络和代谢组学、毒素在稻曲球和水稻各部位中的分布、毒素的提取和制备、毒素的检测与分析、稻曲球中真菌的多样性及其与宿主(水稻)和稻绿核菌的相互关系、毒素的生物转化,以及毒素的开发与应用潜力等方面的研究。
