摘要
研发了绿色高效水性模板漆,并研究了涂层表面接触角、表面形貌、电化学腐蚀性能和与基材附着力对脱模漆脱模性能和循环使用次数的影响规律。研究发现,低表面能、高粘接力和高耐腐蚀性能的脱模漆具有更佳的脱模效果。通过特殊设计的拉拔试验,证明在重复使用时,每次使用前对涂层表面浮灰进行适当清洁可以提高脱模漆的脱模性能。
The contact angle,surface morphology,electrochemical corrosion resistance and adhesion of the new type of high performance coating were studied.Through the selection of low surface energy,timely cleaning,increasing coating adhesion and enhanced corrosion resistance,the coating can effectively improve the surface quality of the concrete,to achieve a continuous demoulding performance by once brushing,and a smooth concrete surface.
