摘要
主要介绍某型电动钻铆机的铆钉从存储、输送、装载及压铆全过程的状态实时监控。该钻铆机从国外进口,使用过程中多次发生倒钉、卡钉、斜钉、空钉以及倾斜压铆等故障,严重影响自动钻铆效率,也容易导致飞机蒙皮报废。通过现场故障记录统计、查找原因、讨论分析、设计方案等工作,找到了可靠的解决方案,有效降低铆钉故障率,提高了铆接质量,提升了钻铆效率,为科研生产提供有力保障。
This article introduces how to detect and control the status of a electric riveter's rivet,from storage to feeding to load to buck.The riveter is imported,often happened the fault of inverse、stick、oblique etc.These faults had effected efficiency,resulted in a scrap of plane's wainscot.Through Statistic of fault,find result,discuss and analyse,design a project,finally find a reliable project.So the project can reduse the times of fault,improve the quality,exalt the efficiency,provide the guarantee of company's manufacture.
