转炉少渣低温高效冶炼工艺“半钢”磷的控制

摘要
本文结合天铁热轧板有限公司采用180t转炉实际生产数据,热轧板公司采用特有的少渣冶炼生产工艺,主要针对半钢脱磷的控制进行了研究。试验炉次前期脱磷率平均56.25%,前期脱碳率31.01%,得出:弱顶吹供氧与强底吹供气强度的顶底复合吹炼模式有利于前期的脱磷保碳,冶炼前期温度1350~1400℃、炉渣碱度1.5~2.0的条件有利于铁水磷的脱除,渣中(FeO)含量的提高有利于前期化渣也有利于铁水磷的脱除。
Trail experiments of efficient,less slag and lower temperature dephosphorization process of 180 t BOF were taken into action.Rwsults as following were got.Firstly,Weak top-blowing and strong bottom blowing did goog to the phosphorus removal and carbon protcetion.Secondly,the consumption of lime and dolomite droped by over 30%and over 20%respeectly,and the dephosphorization ratio of the initial pariod reached 56.25%,the decarbonrization ratio was 31.01%.Through the experiments,points as foUowing were got too.Fiestly,parameters of basicity of 1.5~2.0 and temperature of 1350~1400 ℃ do good to the phosphorus removal of initial pariod,and the increasing of temperature and basicity behave on the contary ways at the end piont..Secondly,increasing of(FeO) content did good to me slag forming behavior which did good to the phosphorus removal.
