径向振动环状压电变压器的优化设计

摘要
本文基于提出的新型径向振动环状压电变压器,对压电变压器的机电特性进行了分析和优化设计。新型变压器由两个径向极化的压电圆环和一个金属圆环组成,通过分析新型压电变压器的机电等效电路,得到了压电变压器的共振频率,有效机电耦合系数和电压增益方程。分析了当压电变压器在不同负载情况下,压电变压器的尺寸对共振频率,反共振频率,有效机电耦合系数和电压增益的影响。最后用阻抗分析仪测试了压电变压器的共振频率和反共振频率,实验结果与解析结果的一致验证了文中结论的正确,文中得到的结论可以为新型环状压电变压器的优化设计提供理论依据。
The new annular piezoelectric transformer in radial vibration is proposed and the electro-mechanical characteristics of the piezoelectric transformer are analyzed and optimized. The new piezoelectric transformer consists of two radially piezoelectric rings and a metal ring. By analyzing the electromechanical equivalent circuit, it is obtained that the equations of resonance frequency, effective electromechanical coupling coefficient and voltage gain of the pi ezoelectric transformer. Under the different load conditions, it is analyzed that the relationships between the dimension of the piezoelectric transformer and the characteristics. Finally, the impedance analyzer is used to test the basic frequencies and the experiment results are consistent with the analytical results. The conclusions could provide the theoretical evidences for optimization design of the annular piezoelectric transformer.
