45t转炉单渣→双渣低成本高效化工艺改进实践

摘要
在天铁炼钢厂45t转炉上进行双渣工艺试验和底吹系统的改造,通过工业试验,对转炉的加料制度、顶枪操作、底吹操作等工艺制度进行了研究,并取得了一定的实际效果。试验结果得出:相比工艺改进之前,终点脱磷率由85.00%提高至93.92%。同时,石灰消耗降低38.3%,白云石消耗降低36.2%,炼钢辅料消耗降低明显。对脱磷率影响规律进一步总结和分析,控制好冶炼过程中的半钢温度、碱度、氧化性、终点温度等因素对转炉低成本、稳定性生产低磷钢至关重要。
Taking double slag process and bottom blowing system test in 45 t converter in Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgical Group Co.,Ltd,Steelmaking Plants.Through the industrial test,the feeding system,the oxygen operation and the bottom blowing operation of the converter process were studied,and obtained some results.The results showed:compared to the before process,the end of dephosphorization rate increased from 85%to 93.92%.At the same time,lime consumption reduced by 38.3%,dolomite consumption reduced by 36.2%,the material consumption of steelmaking decreased significantly.On the further summary and analysis of the influence of dephosphorization,by which we obtained that good control of semi steel temperature,basicity,oxide,endpoint temperature etc.factors in the steelmaking process was very important to me converter low cost and production stability of low phosphorus steel.
