摘要

本文结合新万鑫650廿辊轧机生产实际状况,通过对楔形板的轧制实验,总结出楔形板对轧制的影响。通过对一中间辊锥度的调整,改善楔形板的轧制板型。本方法经过实验及生产证明,对楔形板的轧制板型有明显提高。
In this paper,we summarized the effect of the wedge strip on the rolling by the rolling experiment of wedge strip.Through adjust the first Intermediate roll taper,We improve the strip shape.This method is proved by the experiment and production of rolling strip,the strip shape of wedge strip is obviously improved.
