中国东南沿海城市水产品中抗生素抗性基因的污染研究

摘要
[目的]由于对人体健康构成的潜在微信,食品中抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)的污染日益受到人们的关注,本文探究了水产品中ARGs的污染水平。[方法]选取上海、杭州、宁波、厦门、福州五个东南沿海城市17种共93个水产品作为研究对象,利用PCR方法检测37种耐药基因的存在性,包括5种β-内酰胺类,8种四环素类,8种氨基糖苷类,7种喹诺酮类,5种氯霉素类,4种磺胺类。[结果]tetS,srtA,strB,aadA,sul1,and sul2这6种ARGs被选定为中国东南沿海水产品中的主要污染ARGs,这6类ARGs在五个城市均有检出,并且检出率均大于40%。上海检出的ARGs种类最多,为16种,宁波最少,只有10种ARGs被检出。此外,淡水水产品的ARGs平均检出数量要高于海产品。[结论]水产品已成为ARGs的重要储存库,淡水产品包含的ARGs数量要明显高于海产品,需引起人们足够的重视。
[Objective]Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) has drawn increasing attention due to its great threat to human health.In this study,the occurrence of ARGs in aquatic products were investigated.[Methods]A total of 17 species of 93 aquatic product samples were collected from five southeast coastal cities of China including Shanghai,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Fuzhou,Xiamen.Conventional PCR was used to determine the presence of all ARGs including five β-lactam ARGs,eight tetracycline ARGs,eight aminoglycoside ARGs,seven quinolone ARGs,five chloramphenicol ARGs and four sulfonamide ARGs.[Results]tetS,strA,strB,aadA,sul1,and sul2 were considered as the dominnat ARGs in aquatic products in the southeast coastal area of China,they were observed in all five cities samples and were most frequently detected in aquatic products,with detection frequencies of these genes were all more than 40%.Shanghai contained most of the test ARGs(16 ARGs),whereas Ningbo contained least of the target ARGs,only 10 ARGs were detected.The average number of detected ARGs were generally higher in freshwater aquatic products than in seafoods.[Conclusion]this study comprehensively describe ARGs pollution in aquatic products of southeast coastal area and note that aquatic product has become an potential repository to spread ARGs,These results showed a trend thatfreshwater aquatic productswere more severely pollutedby ARGs than seafoods,hence needing more attention.
