广州市城区居民奶及奶制品摄入状况调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:了解广州市越秀区常住居民奶及奶制品摄入情况,探索奶及奶制品摄入情况及其影响因素,为越秀区进一步开展居民营养膳食方面的健康教育、健康干预工作提供基线数据和依据。对象和方法:利用分层随机整群抽样和方便抽样相结合的方法,在越秀区随机抽取3个街道,共调查常住居民786人,娱乐场所消费人群199人,由经过培训的工作人员进行面对面询问调查,记录3岁以上调查对象过去一个月奶及奶制品的摄入情况。结果:奶及奶制品总摄入率为71.1%,女性、年龄为15岁以下、人均年收入40000~元组、文化程度为未上学组、职业人群中学龄前儿童组摄入率较高。多因素Logistic回归分析,性别、年龄较小、人均年收入较高摄入奶及奶制品的可能性较高;奶及奶制品摄入人群中,摄入频率每周6次或以上占49.0%,日均奶摄入量不足300g的占82.4%。结论:奶及奶制品总体摄入率高,但老年人群摄入率低,总体摄入量不足。应加强奶及奶制品作用及摄入量等知识的健康教育,从而改善人们饮食习惯。
Purpose:To know milk and dairy products intake habits of residents in Yuexiu,Guangzhou and to identify the influencing factors of their consumption.To provide baseline data for health education and intervention of nutrition and diet,methods:Using stratified random cluster sampling and convenient sampling method,we randomly selected 3 streets in Yuexiu District,each street 2 Residents' Committees totaly 786 residents and 199 consumers in2 entertainment places.Face to face survey are conducted by trained staffs,and respondents whose age over three will be asked to provide details in intake of milk and dairy products.Result:Total drinking rate of milk and dairy products is 71.1%.drinking rate of women,age of under 15 group,capita annual income of 40000~yuan group,preschoolers are higher.With method of multiple Logistic aggression analysis,gender,age,education and occupation are influencing factors in consumption of milk and dairy products.Of those who intake milk and dairy products,frequency over 6 times a week occupy 49.0%,daily intake less than 300 g occupy 82.4%.Conclusion:General intake rate of milk and dairy products is high but low in the elders,and daily intake volume is generally low.We must carry on the nutrition education activities to help people to form adequate drinking habits.
