摘要
以异长叶烷酮衍生物与甲酰基-8羟基喹啉反应,设计合成新型席夫碱,通过FT-IR、MS、NMR、HRMS对其结构进行表征,通过UV-Vis研究其对Zn2+、La3+等离子的识别作用,并对其细胞成像和其他光学性能进行研究。
The new schiff base was synthesized by the reaction of isolongifolanone derivatives and formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline, its structure was characterized by FT-IR, MS, NMR and HRMS, the recognition to ions such as Zn~(2+), La~(3+), etc was discussed by UV-Vis and its cellular imaging and other optical properties was also discussed.
