预见性护理对于预防血液透析过程中的急性并发症的价值探讨

摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理对于预防血液透析过程中的急性并发症的影响。方法:随机选取2014年至2016年我院收治600例透析的患者,对实验组300例患者给予预见性护理,对照组300例患者给予常规性护理,1个月后比较两组患者临床血液透析的治疗效果,并发症的发病种类、所占比例以及患者治疗的舒适度。结果:实验组提前结束透析的人数明显少于常规组。实验组出现低血压、恶心、呕吐房颤的不良反应的人数明显少于对照组,实验组患者对治疗舒适度的评分比对照组高。结论:对于血液透析的患者给予预见性护理可以有效降低血液透析过程中急性并发症的发病率,能有效降低患者治疗过程中的痛苦。
Objective: To investigate the nursing care during hemodialysis for prevention of acute complications of. Methods: 600 patients were treated with conventional therapy, inwhich the experimental group nursing care given to 300 patients, 300 patients in the control group received routine care that effect one month after treatment were compared clinical hemodialysiscomplications the incidence of type, proportion and comfort of patients. Results: The number of early termination of the experimental group was significantly less than conventional dialysis group. The number of experimental group hypotension, nausea, vomiting, atrial fibrillation adverse events was significantly less than the control group, the experimental group of patients for the treatment ofcomfort ratings higher than the control group. Conclusion: For patients on hemodialysis to give nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of acute complications during hemodialysis, caneffectively reduce the pain during treatment.
