基于射频轨道角动量波束的旋转多普勒频移

摘要
射频轨道角动量波束具有螺旋相位波前,照射到旋转物体上可以产生与拓扑荷以及转速成正比的旋转多普勒频移。本文用环形行波缝隙天线产生10GHz轨道角动量波束,照射到金属旋转物体上,并用频谱分析仪分析回波频谱,实验证明了射频轨道角动量波束的旋转多普勒效应。实验采用拓扑荷为1、2、3、6的射频轨道角动量波束,旋转多普勒频移与轨道角动量波束拓扑荷成正比,其放大作用有利于较好地测量微小转速。
The radio frequency orbital angular momentum(OAM) wave has the twist phase front, which can induce the rotational Doppler frequency shift when the OAM wave is illuminating on the spinning object. In the paper, we experimentally prove the radio frequency rotational Doppler effect with the radio frequency OAM wave generated by the traveling-wave circular slot antenna. In the experiment, we use the OAM waves with different topological charge(1, 2, 3, 6). And the rotational Doppler frequency shift is proportional to the topological charge of the OAM wave and the rotating speed of the object. The multiplicative rotational frequency shift may have applications in measuring the tiny rotating speed and the remote sensing.
