C919电传飞控系统辐射发射测试案例分析

摘要
飞机在飞行过程中不可避免要遭受各种极端恶劣的环境考验,因此在投入正式使用之前需要经过严格周密的地面环境应力试验以检验其适应环境干扰的能力。针对C919大飞机关键核心系统的电传飞控系统首飞环境鉴定试验,重点阐述了基于DO-160G的电磁射频辐射发射测试的试验要求、测试方法与结果,对于试验中出现的问题进行了分析讨论并给出了解决方案。复杂民机电传飞控系统进行系统集成环境测试在国内尚属首次,为国内类似电磁兼容测试与整改提供借鉴经验。
Aircraft inevitably encounters extreme environmental conditions during the flight.As a result it is necessary to conduct strict and thorough on the ground and in flight test to examine its capability of withstanding environmental conditions before a new type of aircraft is certified and put to commercial operation.Clear for flight qualification test of the fly-by-wire flight control system of China' s C919 aircraft is considered.D0-106 G compliant RF radiated emission test for C919' s flight control system is discussed.Test requirements,procedures and results are described.This is the first time a system integration environmental test is conducted for a complex civil flight control system nationally.It can serves as reference for the similar electromagnetic compatibility test in the field.
