AP1000核电厂严重事故废液处理应急措施研究

摘要
核电厂发生严重事故的概率很低,但是一旦发生,将会造成非常严重的后果。2011年3月在日本发生的福岛核事故是继前苏联切尔诺贝利核事故后又一次7级核事故。在福岛核事故后续处理过程中,持续产生了大量放射性废液,并排放或泄漏至周边海域,给人和环境造成了巨大的影响。因此,在发生严重事故工况下,确保放射性废液对周边水资源安全成为公众及政府迫切关心的问题之一。本文针对AP1000系列堆型,在发生严重事故工况下,提出废液的应急处理措施。对放射性废液开展可存贮,可封堵,可处理和可隔离的方法研究,为工程实施提供建议,对提升我国核电工程应对严重事故的能力提供帮助。
There is low probability that NPP happen severe accident.Once taking place,it would cause very serious consequences.The nuclear accident at Fukushima occurred in Japan in March2011 is another level 7 nuclear accident besides Chernobyl accident in the former Soviet union.In the process of the subsequent treatment of the Fukushima accident,it continues to produce a large amount of radioactive liquid waste and discharge or leak to the surrounding seas to cause a huge impact to the people and the environment.In severe accident conditions,therefore,to ensure that radioactive liquid waste on surrounding water security become one of the urgent concerns of the public and government.Based on series of AP1000,in the event of a serious accident conditions,the waste liquid of emergency treatment measures are put forward.For radioactive waste liquid in storage,can block,can handle and isolation methods of research,to provide suggestions for the project,to improve nuclear power project in China's ability to deal with a serious accident.
