摘要
近些年来,根据资料显示,中国人均水资源占有量处于世界水平的底部,仅占世界人均水资源占有量的不到四分之一,特别是我国西北部地区大多是山区沙漠,水源源头就少。再加上改革开放以来,国民经济飞速发展导致水资源稀缺的问题愈来愈严重,节水成为了国家和全民迫在眉睫的任务。
In recent years,according to statistics,China's per capita water resources at the bottom of the world level,accounting for less than a quarter of the worlds per capita water resources,especially in the northwestern part of China is mostly mountain desert,water source less.Coupled with the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the national economy led to water scarcity of the problem more and more serious,water conservation has become a national and national urgent task.
