摘要
欧洲ECE体系中R129是关于车用儿童约束系统的法规,该法规增加了儿童座椅侧面碰撞试验要求,体现了目前对于儿童乘车安全越来越高的重视。本文针对标准中对试验环境的要求,利用蜂窝铝作为吸能材料,并建立动力学模型设计了波形可控的运动控制方案,在加速式台车单控单元的基础上升级为双控单元,为在加速式台车上完成R129儿童座椅侧面碰撞试验提供了一种实现方法。
In European ECE regulation system,R 129 is regard to approval of Child Restraint System used on board of motor vehicles.The regulation add requirements of CRS side impact test,that conform to more and more attention of the child safety..The paper aim at the test environment,use aluminum honeycomb as energy absorber,modeling kinematics and design a project which can updated the acceleration sled from single control to dual control.Finally,an implementation of side impact on acceleration sled is presented.
