大功率中频可控硅过零开关的研制

摘要
大功率中频可控硅过零开关在实际应用中存在无法控制通态电流临界上升率的问题,本文提出了通过电压过零触发的技术方案解决上述问题,并详细介绍了该方案的技术原理,同时根据技术方案研制出可控硅过零开关驱动控制板、完成了硬件电路设计。可控硅过零开关驱动控制板主要由过零检测电路、开关控制电路、多谐振荡器以及触发脉冲放大电路组成。为完善该驱动控制板的硬件设计,进行多次调试试验,解决了信号干扰和驱动脉冲不足等问题,试验结果表明可控硅过零开关驱动控制板基本达到设计要求。然后根据工业化应用和试验系统应用的两种情况,选定两种水冷式快速可控硅,在此基础上研制出两种可控硅过零开关,并进行额定负载试验。通过对试验数据进行分析和总结,证明可控硅过零开关工作安全可靠,适用于中频的工作条件下,最后介绍了可控硅过零开关装置的应用情况。
The problem that is di/dt can not be controlled by high power intermediate frequency SCR zero-crossing switch in practical use,which can be solved by this method proposed in this paper that is using the voltage zero-crossing trigger technology.The SCR zero-crossing switch control panel is researched through technology.Meanwhile,the hard ware circuit design is completed.It is mainly composed of zero-crossing detection circuit,switch control circuit,multivibrator and the circuit of triggering pulse.Then the research problems in debugging test can be solved.Two kinds of water cooling fast turn-off SCR are selected according to the application of industrialization and research system.On this basis,two kinds of SCR zero-crossing switch are developed which tested with rated load.The test data is analyzed and summarized that can prove SCR zero-crossing switch is safe and reliable,and suitable for intermediate frequency.Finally,the application of SCR zero-crossing switch is introduced in the paper.
