基于声学包设计的纯电动汽车车内噪声优化

摘要
分析对比了纯电动汽车与传统汽车噪声特性,在此基础上建立了纯电动汽车车内噪声声学包模型。通过对车身结构的划分,测量了典型板件的隔声量,获取了各板件对车内噪声的贡献量。提出了声学包优化目标函数,选择噪声贡献量较大的板件,采用不同材料与结构进行声学包设计。试验结果表明,应用声学包设计方法能有效地优化纯电动汽车车内噪声,降噪效果达到了预期目标。
The noise characteristics of Battery Electric Vehicles(BEV) and traditional vehicles are analyzed and compared.BEV interior noise model based on sound package is established.Through division of the body structure,sound transmission loss of some typical panels is measured and the noise contribution level of the panels for BEV is acquired.Sound package optimization target function is proposed.Different materials and structures of some panels with high noise contribution level are designed based on sound package. The test results show that BEV interior noise can be effectively optimized by use of sound package design method.Interior noise reduction has achieved the desired goals.
